According to the last source at the bottom of the Video, in the event of a tie, settling it will not go to the Vice President but must be certified by both houses of Congress.
Sadly I must say that there doesn’t seem to be a way the President Trump will legally be nominated for a second term.
This gets the Vice President off the hook, but may cause the ill informed to dub him the Benedict Arnold of his day.
Engraving From 1858 Of Benedict Arnold Giving Secret Information The British Spy John Andre.
Benedict Arnold (1741-1801) was an early American hero of the Revolutionary War (1775-83) who later became one of the most infamous traitors in U.S. history after he switched sides and fought for the British.
At the outbreak of the war, Arnold participated in the capture of the British garrison of Fort Ticonderoga in 1775.
In 1776, he hindered a British invasion of New York at the Battle of Lake Champlain.
The following year, he played a crucial role in bringing about the surrender of British General John Burgoyne’s (1722-92) army at Saratoga.
Yet Arnold never received the recognition he thought he deserved.
In 1779, he entered into secret negotiations with the British, agreeing to turn over the U.S. post at West Point in return for money and a command in the British army.
The plot was discovered, but Arnold escaped to British lines.
His name has since become synonymous with the word “traitor.”

President Donald Trump on Monday urged Vice President Mike Pence to oppose the congressional certification of the 2020 election on Wednesday.
Trump referred to Pence’s ceremonial role in the congressional certification of the electoral college vote on January 6th.
“He’s a great guy. Of course, if he doesn’t come through, I won’t like him quite as much,” Trump continued lightly, and added, “No, Mike is a great guy.”
Pence faces the awkward task Wednesday of serving as the presiding officer of a joint session of the House and Senate hearing with very little power to stop the process.
That could extend the hearing to several hours as members of Congress debate the process.
Pence said at a campaign rally in Georgia on Monday that he looked forward to the hearing.
“I know we all got our doubts about the last election, and I want to assure you, I share the concerns of millions of Americans about voting irregularities,” Pence said.
The crowd applauded wildly after Pence said, “I promise you, come this Wednesday we’ll have our day in Congress.
We’ll hear the objections.
We’ll hear the evidence.
But after the House and Senate vote is concluded, the hearing must end and Pence is expected to declare the winner of the election after counting the certified electoral college votes.

Several Republican senators and members of the House plan to contest the election, seeking a ten-day delay of the certification vote.

They must vote on the objections. Their votes will exopose them. No way the ‘crats will vote to sustain objections and discard illegal votes.

Well, the issue will be the “Certified Electoral Vote” which is being hotly debated and contested as of today! The “Speculation” is all over the range of possibilities and so the drama of the 2020 Election continues.
There are many questions about the range of speculation. The President and Vice President along with various other Senate and Congressional positions are in doubt as of this time. The actual control of the House of Representative and Senators is also open to Speculation.
Consequently, this week will be very interesting as the “truth” becomes known. Of course, the “truth” is what is not known and who has the power to decide what will become the “truth” is also in debate.
Clearly the Democrats have their position which is all about anti-Trump. The Pro-Trump forces have their position which is that there was massive fraud in the 2020 Election and certain states should not be counted.
AND SO, the election drama continues and appears to be headed toward a massive physical confrontation between the opposing forces. The forecast is for violence and destruction which we have witnessed in the past so this week promises to be very controversial and violent.
Stop the Corruption!
