The only way I can see this happening was if Supreme Court Justice John Paul Robert stook the day off or caved to the voting of the other 8 members of the course.

Search Warrant Requirements

The Fourth Amendment itself identifies the criteria for obtaining a lawful search warrant.

A police officer, or other official seeking a warrant, must establish probable cause to the satisfaction of a judge, must make an “oath or affirmation” as to the truth of the matters supporting probable cause, and must “particularly describe the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.” [Source]

A search warrant is invalid if it covers too broad an area or does not identify specific items or persons

Together we can restore our constitutional republic to what the founding fathers envisioned and fight back against the progressive movement. Obama nearly destroyed our country economically, militarily coupled with his racism he set us further on the march to becoming a Socialist State. Now it's up to President Trump to restore America to prominence. Republicans who refuse to go along with most of his agenda RINOs must be forced to walk the plank, they are RINOs and little else.
