She is very careful not to call the water carriers from the left out right liars and makes it a point not to do so.

This is not an attempt to cast aspersions on them, most are working very hard to make ends meet and don’t take the time to do any sourcing.
This could be a reason the left does so well in the elections.
Fake news is in reality worse that yelling fire in a movie theater which the U.S. Supreme Court has made a federal crime. [Source]
It may be impossible to pull off, but it’s time to show the guts that Supreme Court Justice, Oliver Wendel Holmes showed when he took on the issue above.
In reality however this would likely be a bridge too far in that with an effective attorney he would argue that there was no proof of intent.
The fake news provider, it may be argued that he didn’t know he was putting fourth a lie.
