Major Ed Dames (back in the heyday of Art Bell) claimed that Osama was buried near the pulpit in a mosque in Tashkent.
No way to ever verify ANY of that, obviously.
But the whole episode of Osama bin Laden had to have some sort of closure which included a dead body in a seedy-looking house. A damned pity that most of the SEAL team was killed afterwards when the helicopter carrying them on a mission was suddenly shot down and everybody in it burnt to a crisp. Every time DIA/Spec Ops gets tasked by the CIA (only thru Presidential order), weird stuff happens and good troops get killed. James Jesus Angleton rides again?
