Navy SEAL Eddie Gallagher was released from pre-trial confinement late Thursday after a contentious pre-trial hearing in which Navy prosecutors’ alleged misconduct came under serious scrutiny.
I immediately recognized the face of his attorney, Tim Parlatore on the far left.
Pelitore, no light weight, is part of the criminal law firm that protected Mafia crime boss, John Gotti
Gotti was nicknamed “The Teflon Don,” as the saying went because “Nothing ever stuck to him, or so he thought.
He died in prison at the age of 61 of cancer. (Source)
As a repeat offender, Gotti was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole and sent to federal prison in Marion, Illinois
He was the attorney for wrongfully imprisoned PFC Corey Clagett.
Many of you will recall asking for your support by writing letters on Corey’s behalf to the Secretary of the Army and his wimpy Senator from South Carolina, Ms. Lindsey Graham.
Graham’s reply when I contacted him was that he could not get involved as it was an ongoing case.
I tried to explain to him that it wasn’t an ongoing case that Clagett was already doing hard time at the Military Disciplinary Barracks at Ft. Knox Kentucky.
The long and the short of it, Graham didn’t care.
For his time in the Air Force while also being a member of the U.S. Senate he is considered to be a. “Double Dipper,” and will receive not one, but two retirement packages courtesy of the United States Tax Payers.
Graham was little more that a reserve JAG officer who could barely tie his shoes at the time.
It mattered little that the prosecution blew its case, President Trump would have given him a complete pardon.
In fact, he is going to do exactly that. (Source)
