No one at our site would suggest that this tired old battle-ax is so feeble that she should retire making the inevitability of the Trump administration starting another circus by putting forth the name of another candidate who will uphold the constitution.
Ginsberg admits, I wasn’t 100% sober when it was taken.” (Source)
Hospitalized after a fall at her office in Washington.
It doesn’t seem that we have received the entire story on her hospitalization, I’ve broken ribs, it’s painful as hell my doctor prescribed pain medication and that was it.
Of course, it is anecdotal to compare my case to hers as I was in my forties and she is older than dirt.
None the less not knowing the extent of her fractures, I could find NO clinically proven treatment plan recommending hospitalization.(Source)
Hospitals can be horrible place particularly for the frail and elderly as they are filled with nosocomial infections, defined as being developed while in the hospital in the patient with an unrelated malady. (Source)
This fits Ginsberg condition perfectly.
But wait, help is on the way!
Hillary Clinton can help the justice into an early grave.
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized Thursday after fracturing three ribs on her left side in a fall at her office a day earlier, the court said in a news release.
Ginsburg, 85, initially went home after the accident, which occurred in her Supreme Court office.
But she later reported experiencing some discomfort, and was admitted to George Washington University Hospital “for observation and treatment.”
This seriously in no big deal in that the U.S. Supreme Court is only open for cases about half the year. (Source)
Ginsburg can’t seriously expect to live out a second term of Donald Trump.
It’s time for her and Hillary to fade quietly into the sunset and perhaps die.
Just what the Republic needs to protect the U.S. Constitutionalist who has recently written about Roe V Way, that it is case-law and she would not vote to change it.
The same goes with Catholic Justices and the death penalty. (Source)
Her position on Roe V Wade:
During her confirmation hearing, Democratic senators tried to pin down Barrett on when the Supreme Court should overturn past decisions.
They noted that she wrote in the 2013 law review article that “I tend to agree with those who say that a justice’s duty is to the Constitution and that it is thus more legitimate for her to enforce her best understanding of the Constitution rather than a precedent she thinks clearly in conflict with it.”
In that article, Barrett did not include Roe v. Wade in a “hit list” of “super precedents” — cases “that no justice would overrule, even if she disagrees with the interpretive premises from which the precedent proceeds.
Back to Ginsberg:
The liberal justice, who studied at Harvard Law School, was nominated to the highest court in the land by former President Bill Clinton in 1993 to replace retiring Justice Byron R. White. Ginsburg was Clinton’s first Supreme Court pick.
Prior to ascending to the Supreme Court, Ginsburg became the first woman to receive tenure at Columbia University Law School. She is also notably the co-founder of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Women’s Rights Project.
Ginsburg is the court’s oldest member and there’s been a great deal of speculation on when she may retire.
However, she reportedly hired clerks for the term that extends into 2020, indicating she has no plans to leave soon.
In the past decade, Ginsburg has transformed into something of a liberal icon, earning the nickname “The Notorious RBG” and appearing on late night television shows including the “The Late Show” with Stephen Colbert, where she showed off her workout routine.
In Ginsburg’s absence, the court was proceeding Thursday with a courtroom ceremony welcoming new Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who joined the court last month.
President Trump and new acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker were in attendance.

The Political drama continues to advance and who can say at this time.
Remember, Trump has ordered the Declassification of numerous documents and has been defied by Sessions and Rosenstein = insubordination!
Trump is the President and the head of the Executive Branch of the government.
Trump gives the orders and the folks who work for him either obey or are terminated for cause.
This has been the history of the Government for many years and by many Presidents.
The big question with the declassification of the FISA Warrant and other documents is what these documents will reveal – disclosure.
The KARMA could be really bad for certain Senators and Congressmen.
The Bruce and Nellie Ohr documents are another area of concern to the DNC.
The Comey to McCabe emails will certainly be interesting reading.
The Anthony Weiner lap top computer emails will reveal the truth about the Hillary email server.
Diane Feinstein’s involvement with Fusion GPS will also be interesting reading.
Americans have been informed that Trump has the documents but needs to follow the rules of evidence to get them into the record and before the People – the Public!
As America returns to the Rule of Law there will be some chaos but it will be worth the price!
