Perhaps the answer lies in the fact that he has created such a high profile for himself with his book and speaking engagement the finger would be pointed directly at the agency.

Kevin Shipp, former Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) officer, intelligence and counter terrorism expert, held several high-level positions in the CIA.
His assignments included protective agent for the Director of the CIA, counterintelligence investigator searching for moles inside the CIA, overseas counter terrorism operations officer, internal security investigator, assistant team leader for the anti-terrorism tactical assault team, chief of training for the CIA federal police force and polygraph examiner.
Mr. Shipp was the senior program manager for the Department of State, Diplomatic Security, Anti-Terrorism Assistance global police training program.
He is the recipient of two CIA Meritorious Unit Citations, three Exceptional Performance Awards and a Medallion for high risk overseas operations.

This man is a true hero. Kevin Shipp has chosen to expose the “Shadow Government” with all of its lies and corruption. Kevin Shipp is the new breed of “Whistle-Blower” who is stepping out to honor the U. S. Constitution and his oath the protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.
The magnitude of the corruption inside the CIA and other government agencies has gotten so far out of control that all of America is at risk. Obama was clearly the most flagrant but he is joined by many others such as Bill Clinton and George Bush (both of them)
This cancer is what Trump is attempting to remove from America’s government. Keeping in mind that this Shadow Government controls the Main Stream Media with an agenda dictated by the Shadow Government, it is easy to see why and how Trump is under constant attack in the MSM. Trump and his family have been threatened many times.
As we see more and more “soft” disclosure of the criminal nature of Hillary and the Clinton/Bush/Obama crime syndicate America can only hope that America can be saved!
A return to the Rule of Law as envisioned by the U. S. Constitution will be a welcome change!

Great video about the CIA but does not come into current times. The Moral Compass of the CIA is broken and there needs to be some changes made from the top down.
Trump is working on this massive task of fixing the CIA, FBI and DOJ with a great deal of resistance from inside the Palace – so to speak. Witness the recent ramblings of John McCain who has a very broken compass about all things moral and patriotic! Then, we have the revelations of James Comey, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch and all of the others. Of course, the question is who can be trusted? No easy answer. The Navy SEALs all say the only easy day was yesterday. Trump must plan for tomorrow and it has not been easy.
The CIA was to be operating outside of American soil – ONLY! Today there are many USA locations for these CIA folks and while most are honest and hard working patriots there is still a very big holdover of corrupt individuals who need to be taken to the woodshed and taught some morals and manners toward other Americans.
As the future unfolds it will be interesting to see who inside this very corrupt organization survives! The return to the Rule of Law will be difficult for many senior folks inside the CIA.
