It’s absolutely unimaginable the horror of finding out the child you dropped off at school today will never be seen, held tor talked with again all because of a lunatic was able to get his hands on a gun.
Is banning guns the answer?
Look no further than the attempted Australian gun ban failure. (Source)
The Australian gun ban also led to a thriving black market in illegal guns. (Source)
Perhaps those who propose this option would rather those who need to kill would use car bombs.
Here are the stats on the lack of effectiveness of Australia’s failed attempt at gun control.
Russia has tried to influence American society, its internal affairs and elections before.
You didn’t care until you were told to care.
There were statues that stood in place for over a 100 years.
Who controls our minds?
The media, if that the case and our brains are still in tact, turn off the news, it’s just fake anyway.
You didn’t care until you were told to care.
You didn’t care that your elected leaders spied, lied and were corrupt.
You didn’t care until you were told to care.
People are killed by guns every day in cities like Chicago, Baltimore and New Orleans.
You didn’t care about gun violence until you were told to care

President Trump will be able to hold the line on initiating any additional anti-gun legislation because our founding fathers in their brilliance understood that there would be times like theses when some people would trade their freedom for the illusion of safety.
This was the intended purpose of the 2nd Amendment in the Bill of Rights to our U.S. Constitution.
Remember, our rights are not bestowed upon us by the federal government, they are only taken away.
Like Wednesday’s discussion of school shootings and gun violence, Trump once held a generally well-received televised discussion of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — an Obama executive action shielding from deportation illegal immigrants brought into the United States as minors — and related issues.
That is the danger for Trump on guns: that he will follow a conversation in which people expressed divergent views on gun control to his face with little concrete action.

But on guns or immigration, it is easier to be bipartisan in word than in deed. The country is bitterly divided on both culturally charged topics.
See the entire article below.
In arguing against this or that ill-conceived anti-terror policy, one might find data showing, say, bathtub drownings to be more common than ISIS slayings.
But such an exercise is morally obtuse and misses the point.
The community at the heart of the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School seems invested in keeping up the pressure on politicians to act in a way that even the families involved in shootings as horrific as Sandy Hook were ultimately unable to do.
Despite the strength of the Bill of Rights and the American gun subculture, it is hard to imagine these incidents being tolerated indefinitely even if the corrective policy tools seem blunt.
It’s a challenge for Trump, who supported a federal assault weapons ban back in 1999 but moved right on guns to win the Republican presidential nomination and eventually the White House.
The National Rifle Association, like the Conservative Political Action Conference Trump will speak to Friday, is a rare mainstream conservative organization he actually owes something to.
More importantly, 62 percent of gun owners pulled the lever for Trump in November 2016.
They can be an unforgiving constituency, although he did seem to waver during the campaign on allowing gun purchases by Americans on the no-fly list.
At the same time, some of the proposals Trump is flirting with on bump stocks, mental health screening, and background checks could conceivably bolster his position ahead of the midterm elections.
They might also allow him to look bipartisan and even triangulate against some of the Republicans in Congress, Bill Clinton-style.
In the aftermath of another deadly shooting, how long can Trump hold the line?
THE END
It’s an election year, so the Whomever They Are who create the psychopaths who are these mass murderers (somebody just try to tell me that the zombie-like kid in Florida is a naturally raised child!) are going to turn them loose.
I, for one, would estimate that there will a similar shooting (involving the mass killing of children, not necessarily on school grounds) staged six weeks before every major primary period, just like the recent shooting. You can depend on it like clockwork.

Seems like a reasonable assumption. But it will make no difference. The 2nd Amendment is etched in stone. Case Closed. P.S. Any politician who had not here to four come out in favor of gun bans as part of his new agenda would face political extinction, which is a good thing.

The GUN debate is always interesting. Guns were used as the means to complete the American Revolution when America was founded. There is no evidence that guns cause the most deaths in America or other countries.
The really big killers are governments and their insane rules (laws) From a historical perspective, Dictators have been responsible for killing more people than most other causes. The purpose of the Dictators killing off their people was to retain control of the people.
The hypocrisy of the gun control advocates is that most use guns (or armed guards) for self-protection.
The death statistics simply do not warrant gun control. The “Progressives” always fail to cite facts because the facts do not support their conclusions about gun control.
The Main Stream Media have busy putting words into President Trump’s mouth once again.
The unintended consequences of certain professions are responsible for far too many deaths every year. Easily 10 times gun related deaths. Car and drunk drivers remain a problem as it relates to cause of death – according to the FBI Statistics.
Simply Google FBI Cause of Death Statistics and you will be informed of the truth.
Of course, the gun owners will have a say in the future and they will want freedom to own guns as is guaranteed in the U. S. Constitution.

As usual David great reply. There is very good evidence that more people are killed with baseball bats and hammers, I’m guessing rage killings, and the most dangerous place in the house is the kitchen. That’s where all the knives are. HA
