Another leftist Judge, on Friday, U.S. District Judge Harry Leinenweber in the Northern District of Illinois ruled in favor of the city of Chicago in its request for a preliminary injunction against Session’s conditions for Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grants.
If We the People were to leave it up to the whims of elitist judges, anarchy wwill ultimately prevail.
Judges can be impeached, it’s time this one be shown the door.
Though nominated on November 7th, 1985 by President Reagan, clearly living in Chicago has had much more of an impact upon him than any contact with Ronald Reagan
As one would expect, leftist judges tend to make law from the bench and not follow the U.S. Constitution.
Leinenweber, and one like him in CA, William Orrick, who put forth the same legislation apparently believe that what they do in their cities and states must become the law of the land. (Source)
President Trump has already signed an Executive Order saying no funding for sanctuary cities.
Perhaps it time for “U.S. District Judge Harry Leinenweber,” to read and study the United States Constitution.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ attempt to withhold federal grant money from so-called sanctuary cities has been blocked by a federal judge.
The ruling will now apply to sanctuary jurisdictions nationwide.
“The court finds that the city has established that it would suffer irreparable harm if a preliminary injunction is not entered,” Leinenweber said in his order, adding the injunction is “nationwide in scope” because there is “reason to think that the legal issues present in this case are restricted to Chicago.”
“Chicago argued that the new conditions that mandated cities allow immigration agents into jails, as well as having to give at least a 48-hour notice before releasing someone suspected of immigration violations, were unconstitutional.
Don’t hold your breath on this one they are already in violation of the U.S. Constitution
Chicago would have lost $2.3 million in grant money the next fiscal year by refusing to comply with the new conditions.
If need be, Sessions will take this all the way to the Supreme Court, where sanity will likely prevail.
