Navy Sailor Refuses To Stand For National Anthem – IMMEDIATELY Regrets It

Imagine that!

In Africa it’s called “Follow the Leader,” or “Monkey see, monkey do.”

She followed her actual leader, not the former San Francisco 49er quarterback but Obama.

Odds are that she voted for the big eared fool as well.

Further proof, that in the case of this black liberal progressive Democrat it’s possible to take the jungle out of the bunny but fail to take the bunny out of the jungle.

The comment above refers to her specifically and those with the same belief system, not blacks in America.

The Navy has investigated the case of a sailor who didn’t salute as the national anthem played during a recent morning flag-raising at Pearl Harbor.

U.S. Pacific Fleet spokesman Senior Chief Petty Officer Joel Cesar said Tuesday it’s up to the sailor’s commander whether she faces any punishment for not saluting on Sept. 19.

The sailor is Petty Officer 2nd Class Janaye Ervin, an intelligence specialist in the Navy Reserve.

She was recently in Hawaii for about two weeks for an exercise.

Erwin was assigned to the Navy Operational Support Center at North Island, California.

A former Navy intelligence specialist recently took a page out of Colin Kaepernick’s playbook and refused to stand for the national anthem during morning colors.
However, she quickly learned she’d made a huge mistake.

Petty Officer 2nd Class Janaye Ervin was stripped of her security clearance and assigned to menial labor for a few days before she was forced to leave the Navy for disrespecting our country so blatantly.

It all started on September 19, when Ervin refused to stand for the anthem when she was on reserve duty at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii.

The International BusinessTimes reported that Ervin claimed she was trying to make a statement about blacks being persecuted in the United States by doing this.
“I just didn’t want to stand at that moment,” Ervin said “I can’t stand for this song knowing that the song isn’t for me, being black.
The song doesn’t represent me at all.
To be honest, I never really thought about the flag my entire life, I had no reason to.
It’s just a flag.”

The next day, Ervin’s superiors read her, her rights and gave her a warning about potentially compromising her security clearance, which she needed for both her military and civilian job.

One day after that, she was stripped of her security clearance and escorted out of the secure area where she was working.

Ervin is now claiming that she was never told which order she violated, but this is clearly a lie since she violated the 10th General Order for Sentries, “…To salute all officers and colors and standards not cased…..” which is taught in Navy boot camp.

O.K.. so she’s a liar too, does that shock anyone?
All members of the Navy are required to memorize all 11 general orders in boot camp, and they are aware that violating any one of them is subject to Article 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice and is subject to whatever punishment is decided by court-martial.

On September 21, Ervin took to Facebook to publicly whine about how “unfair” this has been for her.

“The Navy has decided to punish me for defending the Constitution and has taken away my equipment I need to do my Naval job,” she wrote, according to

I am firmly devoted to bringing you the truth and the stories that the mainstream media ignores. Together we can restore our constitutional republic to what the founding fathers envisioned and fight back against the progressive movement. Obama nearly destroyed our country economically, militarily coupled with his racism he set us further on the march to becoming a Socialist State. Now it's up to President Trump to restore America to prominence. Republicans who refuse to go along with most of his agenda RINOs must be forced to walk the plank, they are RINOs and little else.

Military life has very clearly defined rules that one s required to follow.

his sailor failed to follow he rules and suffered the consequences.

Too bad the NFL does not enforce the rules in a similar fashion!

I wonder if she got “Bad Paper”? The USN should not issue an Honorable Discharge, and at most a General Discharge.
A friend of mine has a Jamaican niece through marriage who wanted to be a US citizen and joined the Navy. Then she has a bad attitude and immediately went AWOL, for a couple of years now, and lives in Jamaica so she cannot be caught, but, she is looking for money (other people’s money/free money) and wants to come in to New York, possibly under a false name and forged documents. I told my friend that I highly doubt if she will get past JFK, and the Navy has probably declared her a deserter. Used to be one year plus one day and you were no longer AWOL. Today, who knows. Weed them all out. Give them all the bitter regrets to carry for the rest of their life. The military, all branches, are nice jobs. They should bless America.

Discharging her under less than honorable circumstances would be the reasonable thing. Hey, she’s black and this was under Obama, I’m surprised with her attitude, he didn’t make room for her as a co-chief of staff.

Nobody in the Navy gives a shit what she thinks. How the hell she made it to the rank of PO E-5 is anybody’s guess. And whoever vetted her for a security clearance ought to have their heads examined. If the charges are true,an administrative discharge can be quietly arranged

Can you say affirmative action? Odd she ended up in Naval Intelligence an area where she seems to have little to none.
