Trump Tower floor plans were stolen from Secret Service

Police sources told the publication that authorities have been searching for the computer since it was discovered missing on Thursday morning. (Source)

 

 

According to the report, some materials that were stolen along with the laptop were recovered by law enforcement.

These included a bag with a Secret Service insignia and some coins. 

 

 The authorities, however, were unable to retrieve the computer or the agent’s access key card, which was also stolen during the incident.

A laptop that contains sensitive national security information, including the floor plans of the Trump Tower and files related to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton‘s email probe, was stolen from a Secret Service vehicle, The New York Daily News reported on Friday.
“There’s data on there that’s highly sensitive.

They’re scrambling like mad,” the source added.


According to the report, the thief stepped out of a car and proceeded to steal the laptop from a parked Secret Service vehicle.

 
He then walked away from the scene with a backpack, according to a surveillance video.

  2. How does a person who has THE SECURITY CLEARANCE to be in SECRET SERVICE- – -think about that for a moment- – – have the POOR JUDGMENT TO LEAVE THAT COMPUTER in an UNLOCKED VEHICLE?? Common sense just ain’t so common any more!
