Trump Kills Obama’s Transgender Bathroom Policy: Here Are Three Reasons He’s Right

Of course, Obama signed his executive order into law so Michell could stand and he could pee, what has this to do with schools?
This entire farce could be settled in a heartbeat if the law were restricted only to members of congress.

That’s right let’s hear Nancy Pelosi scream when Chuck Schumer tries to crawl into her stall. (Case Closed)

So, President Trump has rolled by an Obama-era regulation crammed down on public schools across America – no longer will public schools be forced to admit boys who believe they are girls into the little girls’ room.

This, according to the left is a tragedy of cataclysmic proportions: unless society humors transgender people in their delusions as to their biological sex, horror upon horror will occur.

Society cannot simply begin undermining crucial truths like sex because some people are susceptible to more mental health problems due to that truth.

That would be an argument for doing away with truth generally.

Yet the left refuses to acknowledge any of these ideas.

They want a new civil rights movement, and that means government action, even without Constitutional or legal mandate or even biological support.

This has been the commonplace line from the entire left and media – Trump’s going to get kids killed! (REALLY?)

A few thoughts:

1. This Is Not The Federal Government’s Job.

The federal government has no role in redefining sex for an entire country, particularly not under laws like the Civil Rights Act specifically designed to protect biological women from biological men in many cases.

This is an issue for states and localities, if it is an issue for government at all – which it isn’t, since assaults are already prosecuted, and transgender people have equal access to protection from the police.

2. Women Have A Right To Their Spaces.

The left keeps saying that women should stop being bothered by men entering their bathrooms and locker rooms if the men self-identify as women.

That’s insulting to women and dangerous for them. First off, not all transgender women

First off, not all transgender women look like women, as some advocates seem to say, the whole proposition of transgendered is that you can look like Mr. T and be a self-identified woman following other women into the bathroom. There are some men who have taken advantage of this.

Does the left believe that men should simply be allowed to use women’s bathrooms?

If not, then why would they assume that self-identified men are significantly more dangerous to women than men who identify as women?

3. Sex Is Not Malleable. Nobody is arguing that transgender people shouldn’t be allowed to think whatever they want about themselves. They have the right to dress how they want, act how they want, and identify however they want. But their right to wave their fist – just like everybody else’s right – ends when they hit a nose. And mandating that everybody arbitrarily shift the definition of biological sex to self-identification – and threatening to punish those who don’t – is an imposition on the entire society. Society cannot simply begin undermining crucial truths like sex because some people are susceptible to more mental health problems due to that truth. That would be an argument for doing away with truth generally.

About JCscuba

I am firmly devoted to bringing you the truth and the stories that the mainstream media ignores. Together we can restore our constitutional republic to what the founding fathers envisioned and fight back against the progressive movement. Obama nearly destroyed our country economically, militarily coupled with his racism he set us further on the march to becoming a Socialist State. Now it's up to President Trump to restore America to prominence. Republicans who refuse to go along with most of his agenda RINOs must be forced to walk the plank, they are RINOs and little else.

  2. Perfect love casts out fear. Trump needs to make nudity legal. People will not care about male, female or transgender bathrooms when people see whoever naked out in the open. It will be ridiculous to have separate bathrooms. It is up to people to be good to people. God sees all. We die. There is a judgment.

I have a solution. One bathroom per public establishment that is locked at all times. You have to go and get the key when you want to use it, sign it out and show ID. No more convenience of stalls and common boys and girls. Let the lines begin. Bathrooms are not a right, they are a privilege provided by the facility you are at. Remember when there were no such things and you had to wait until you got home? Or they could make them all outside facilities like the old rest areas used to be. Take away the comforts of home and people might just be willing to think with their brains instead of their asses. My grand daughters do NOT need to be exposed to a 15 year old penis in gym class b/c one boy is confused. This is not about discrimination. This is about a mental condition. Deal with it in the doctors office and quit wasting my time with it. Everything is not about acceptance and love. Somethings need to be corrected not accepted. When a situation starts to become more and more acceptable, more and more people are willing to try it or say they might have had that feeling. It becomes popular to be that way. Bathrooms are private places. Leave them alone. They are also state and by the way, really city by city domains. The trannies that are already using them aren’t making the fuss. It’s the people who want to cause more unrest who are making the fuss.
