Yesterday when we learned that Judge Ann Donnelly, a Obama appointee, of the U.S. District Court in Brooklyn granted a request from the ACLU to stay deportations of those detained on entry to the United States following President Donald Trump‘s executive order it neglected to tell us about his desire to protect women.
The judge’s order though temporary will not prevail.
This is simply wrong.
The Judge failed to follow the law.
Trump has this special power.
