John Kerry the current United States Secretary of State has deservedly earned the title, “Dumber than a Box of Rocks.”
He can huff and puff all he wants but in the end, Putin knows full well that Obama is a spineless looser and anything John Kerry says is meaningless.
This is what happens when there has been a vacancy sign on the White House for nearly eight years.
“He informed the Foreign Minister that the United States is making preparations to suspend U.S.-Russia bilateral engagement on Syria – including on the establishment of the Joint Implementation Center – unless Russia takes immediate steps to end the assault on Aleppo and restore the cessation of hostilities,” State Department spokesman John Kirby said.

Yes. The NWO crowd (which includes everybody from the Clintons to the Bushes and all the NeoCons in between) seems bound and determined to spark off a war with Russia.
The NeoCons (Wolfowitz, Kristol, et al) are mostly the bloodline descendants of Trotskyites who fled to America and Mexico in the 1920s-1930s when Stalin purged them out of the USSR. After Stalin’s Cheka (by then the NKVD) killed their Living God (Leon Trotsky) in Mexico, the Trotskyites have vowed to destroy Russia and everything Russian. As the CPUSA (reorganized in Chicago in 1928, the Dunham family being charter members) took it’s policies from Moscow, the children and grandchildren of the American Trotskyites switched sides of the political spectrum.
Trotsky (Lav Davidovich Bronstein) was an independent Marxist who even clashed with Lenin. He was born into a family with means (Trotskyites, as a whole tend to come from families flush with cash). From 1907 until 1917 he lived in Europe and the United States building his own substantial international power base.
Trotsky did nor believe in borders or nation states. He advocated a borderless, seamless world in which all people would be workers and producers (the Universal Proletariat) administered by an intellectual aristocracy.
This idea caught favor with the new class of true international industrialists which arose in the late 1800s. DIFFERENCE – In THEIR vision of a Brave New World it is they, NOT some flakey eggheads, who will administer the world.
So that’s why we see the weirdest combination of people. For example, GHW Bush and Paul Wolfowitz becoming Clinton supporters after Baby Bush (Jeb) got his clock cleaned in the Republican primaries. And why we see that same strange combination of groups doing their damndest to push us into a shooting war with the Russians guaranteed to kill everybody on the planet, except maybe that proverbial number of 500 million survivors.
