crew-22312More bloodshed, loss of life and limbs and more scrambled brains as the U.S. under the direction of its Commander-in-Chief, Barrack Hussein is determined to impose his version of democracy among warring factions that have not a clue what democracy means.

Those involved in these civil wars report to war lords and local militias for their pay.

The newest US-led mission will include a boots-on-the-ground mission against Islamic State militants in Iraq and Syria.

imagesThe famous 101st Airborne Division will be soon deployed to help Iraqi troops in their fight against the terror group.

It will happen soon as the Barrack Obama get authorization from Congress for the operation. (Cop out alert, he doesn’t need authorization from congress, see “The War Powers Act.”

U.S. Presidents have consistently taken the position that the War Powers Resolution is an unconstitutional infringement upon the power of the executive branch.

As a result, the Resolution has been the subject of controversy since its enactment, and is a recurring issue due to the ongoing worldwide commitment of U.S. armed forces.

Presidents have submitted a total of over 120 reports to Congress pursuant to the Resolution.

The information was revealed by US Defense Secretary Ashton Carter who wrote an article for Politico on Friday, where he said it is time to accelerate military efforts against the ISIS. Carter announced the US would launch a boots-on-the-ground operation against ISIS militants.

In the first phase, the 101st Airborne Division will deploy 1,800 troops to Iraq to aid in the fights against ISIS.

Steven D. Kelly a former CIA/NSA Contractor may be right or he may be just another conspiracy theorist.

“They will head there with the support of the American people and armed with a clear campaign plan to help our allies deliver the barbaric organization a lasting defeat,” Carter wrote. (Dream on !)

According to the article, the US Central Command and commanders of the division have already prepared a plan of action.

The main objective will be to force ISIS militants to retreat from their two strongholds in Mosul, Iraq and Raqqa, Syria.

For the Islamic State, these cities represent their military, political, economic and ideological centers of gravity, and as that, it would be impossible to defeat them on that way and leave these centers under their command.

Carter also wrote about his country’s efforts in the global war on terror and he stressed that the most important mission is to “protect the homeland.

The right unit for the right mission

The 101st Airborne Division is one of the most famous units in US military history and also one of the most highly decorated units. They have been featured prominently in combat action through history and they are designated as a light infantry division of the US Army trained for air assault operations.

They are based in Fort Campbell, Kentucky and are also known as the Screaming Eagles.

For sure, their presence on the Iraqi soil will increase morale and combat readiness of Iraqi troops.
